Payment Plan

Deposit

500,000 Baht non-refundable reservation fee when signing the reservation agreement.

1st payment

30% of villa price (less deposit) on the date of signing legal agreement. (within 15 days of reservation)

2nd payment

60% of villa price payment within 6 months. (1st payment 30 days after signing legal agreement)

Final payment

10% of purchase price on the date of delivery day.
